RailMac HCD-5000 New Energy Locomotive

This locomotive adopts six independently controlled traction inverters, which can achieve energy-saving and environmentally friendly shunting and small operation of 5000 tons. It has zero emissions, low faults, and is safe and comfortable. It is mainly used for shunting and short distance freight transportation operations in coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, ports, railway logistics parks, and other working conditions.

Powered by six 300-kilowatt drive motors, it has a robust pulling force, handling heavy-duty tasks in coal, metallurgy, and ports with ease. Its 2000 – degree lithium – iron – phosphate battery offers a long range and quick charging, ensuring continuous operation.
Environmentally friendly, it has zero emissions during operation, with an energy-saving rate of up to 90% compared to diesel – powered locomotives. It also features intelligent functions like unmanned driving and remote control, enhancing efficiency and reducing labor.
Safety is prioritized with an internal fire – fighting system and a drive – system water – cooling system. Plus, Shandong Huache provides customized “equipment + operation and maintenance + energy management” solutions, fitting various industrial needs well.
