RailMac KM80 Standard Gauge
The KM80 hopper wagon is a high-capacity coal freight wagon developed as an upgraded version of the KM70. It is specially designed to further enhance the railway transportation efficiency of coal and other bulk materials under existing railway line conditions.
This wagon is suitable for operation at sites equipped with ground hoppers or high trestles, supporting simultaneous bilateral unloading for high efficiency. It adopts both pneumatic and manual unloading modes, with stable performance and strong adaptability. It is widely used in large-scale bulk cargo transportation scenarios such as mines, ports, power plants, steelworks and logistics hubs.

Advantages of KM80 Standard Gauge
Compared to the KM70 model, its loading capacity is increased by 14.3% to 80 metric tons, while the variable-section sidewall design maximizes gauge utilization, boosting loading volume and shortening wagon length for higher transport efficiency.
Main load-bearing parts are constructed from S450EW high-corrosion-resistant weathering steel, significantly improving the wagon body’s anti-corrosion performance and extending service life, even in harsh outdoor environments.
Six bottom doors per wagon reduce individual door load, enhancing overall strength and stability. Anti-loosening and anti-detachment designs for brake, coupler, buffer, and bottom door components ensure safer, more reliable operation.
Equipped with a new reducer and integrated wind control console, the unloading system supports modular and integrated installation, simplifying maintenance and improving operational efficiency for bulk cargo handling.
